What shipped
A creator builds lesson and quiz cards, previews them, and publishes a public link. Learners tap through with no account.
Role
Lead developer, about 94% of commits, essentially the whole MVP (PRs 1–57). Idea to a working scalable app in about a week.
Judgment
An AI review agent in Git became the pace of the project and was pulled out because the same review could run locally. Left alone, the AI over-built (an admin dashboard and an error tracker the MVP did not need). A human had to keep saying smaller. Internal run had no client UAT; the next use of the flow was a real client.
